On June 03, 2022 at about 1815 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer received a complaint regarding the misappropriation of a prescription of methylphenidate and its diversion from the intended ultimate recipient. During an investigation, on June 14, 2022, Roland Norton was cited for Prescription Fraud. His arraignment is scheduled in Caledonia Superior Court for September 26, 2022 at 0830 hours.
