SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 19, 2022 at about 1742 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Pleasant Street. The vehicle was stopped on Breezy Hill Road. The operator, Cindy Crooks, was found to be driving while her privilege to operator a motor vehicle was under criminal suspension. Crooks was arrested. Crooks will face arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on September 26, 2022 at 0830 hours. Her vehicle was hauled away by MacKay’s Towing of Lunenburg.
