SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 10, 2022 at about 1216 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. Further investigation revealed the operator, <EXPUNGED>, was driving without a license and with a prior civil conviction for the same violation within the past 2 years. <EXPUNGED> was cited on scene into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of August 8, 2022 at 0830 hours.
