SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 21, 2022 at about 2331 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Memorial Drive. The operator, Christian Haines (28) was found to be operating a motor vehicle on a license that was under criminal suspension and found to be out and about in violation of active conditions of release as to curfew. Haines was arrested. Back-up officer Guyer arrested Haines’ passenger, Caitlin Leiviska (39), regarding an active arrest for failure to appear in an unrelated case. Leiviska was lodged at NRCF on $200 bail and Haines was released on citation with an arraignment date in Caledonia Superior Court on September 26, 2022 at 0830 hours.
