SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 21, 2022 at about 2048 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a pedestrian had been struck on Pearl Street and the vehicle in question had fled. Responding officers arrived to find Mr. James DeWolfe suffering from a leg injury. The operator of the vehicle, Anthony Heath, was later located and issued a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of September 26, 2022 at about 0830 hours.
