SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 13, 2022 at about 2359 hours, St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officers responded to Maplefields regarding a complaint about Victoria Sherman having just been in the store. While investigating the complaint, Victoria Sherman walked back into the store, in violation of a prior notice of no trespass and active court ordered conditions of release requiring she not return to those premises. Sherman was arrested. Sherman will face arraignment in this matter in Caledonia Superior Court on September 26, 2022 at 0830 hours.
