SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On June 10, 2022 at about 1419 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle on Fenton Road for a traffic violation. The operator displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol or a combination of alcohol and another substance other than alcohol. Daniel Poulin was arrested for suspicion of DUI #1 (Drugs). Poulin was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter with an arraignment date of September 19, 2022 at 0830 hours.
