SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On March 15, 2022 at about 1839 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department was en route to assist another officer at a call. The officer was passed by a vehicle traveling north on Railroad Street at a very high rate of speed. The officer followed this vehicle onto Memorial Drive and Old Center Road at a high rate of speed, before discontinuing for public safety reasons. After an investigation, Jonathan Stuart and Kerri Anne Papineau were cited for the above crimes. Both were cited into Caledonia Superior Court with arraignment dates of June 20, 2022 at 0830 hours.
