SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 1, 2022 at about 1611 hours, St. Johnsbury Police officers attempts to make contact with Derek Dawson at his curfew location incident to an unrelated situation and he was not there. Dawson was later cited for this incident when he was in custody for a separate matter on May 6, 2022. Dawson received a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of June 27, 2022 at 0830 hours.
