SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 25, 2022 at about 0142 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department Patrol officer located Carlos Perez and Natasha Long at the gas pumps in Maplefields in St. Johnsbury in violation of prior notices of trespass. Perez also has a court condition to not enter Maplefields. Both were issued citations into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours.
