SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 17, 2022 at about 2058 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about two suspicious people by a minivan behind 1270 Main Street that were possibly stealing electricity. Upon arrival, it was determined that two men had run an extension cord from a nearby ATM to a disabled vehicle in a parking lot in order to work on it. One of the men was found to be out and about in violation of a court ordered curfew. They were directed to unplug their extension cord and have the vehicle removed. Wade Whitehouse was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours regarding the curfew violation.
