SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 12, 2022 at about 0012 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of an ongoing fight involving 2 or 3 people at 438 Railroad Street #302. Responding patrol officers could hear screaming and yelling from outside. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Victoria Sherman had bit Imani Page’s finger, causing a severe laceration, during an assault that caused pain. Sherman was transported to the hospital for evaluation by CALEX and issued a citation to the Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 11, 2022 at 0830 hours.
