SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 5, 2022 at about 1023 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint about a female taking property from a man’s backpack whilst on the RCT bus between Lyndon and St. Johnsbury. After further investigation, Heather Lawson was cited for petit larceny. She was given a citation with an arraignment date in Caledonia Superior Court of June 27, 2022 at 0830 hours.
