SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 3, 2022 at about 1934 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received several complaints about a disturbance on the Portland Street bridge. Responding officers arrested Stephen MacNevins for disorderly conduct. He was eventually lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility as an incapacitated person on a 24 hour hold. MacNevins was issued a citation into Caledonia County Superior Court with a court date of June 27, 2022 at 0830 hours.
