SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 3, 2022 at about 0009 hours, Curtis Slade was arrested at his residence on a Vermont Department of Corrections Return on Mittimus for owed jail time. Further investigation revealed he was in possession of a large white rock substance which was found to weigh about 5 grams. The substance was later field tested and found to be presumptively positive nn j for the chemical properties of cocaine. Slade was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for the owed jail time and given a citation into Caledonia Superior Court for this incident with a court date of November 21, 2022 at 0830 hours.
