SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 22, 2022 at about 2108 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department Patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Western Avenue. The vehicle was stopped on US-2 westbound. The operator, Trevor Irwin, was found to be under criminal suspension due to a prior DUI action. Trevor was arrested and brought back to the police department, where he was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours.
