SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 12, 2022 at about 1404 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Hospital Drive. The vehicle was stopped on Memorial Drive near the intersection with Hospital Drive. The operator was found to be driving while his license was under criminal suspension. The operator, Ryan McCutcheon of Lyndon, VT, was arrested and brought back to the police department and later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of July 25, 2022 at 0830 hours. The vehicle was hauled away by FauFaw’s Towing of St. Johnsbury, VT.
