SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On May 6, 2022 at about 2358 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint from Christine Langmaid that she had stopped and given a ride to a woman who appeared in distress. After she dropped this person off by North Avenue, Langmaid noticed that her Apple laptop computer (MacBook) estimated at about $1,200 in value, was missing from her car’s back seat. The computer was later recovered and Kimberly Kelley arrested for Grand Larceny and Larceny from a Person. Kelley was released from the police department on a citation, with an arraignment date in Caledonia Superior Court of July 11, 2022 at 0830 hours.
