The St Johnsbury Police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed individual(s) with a baseball bat on the North end of Main Street on Monday evening, to please contact the St Johnsbury Police Department at 748-2314.

Coderre was brought back to the police department and issued a citation for violation of conditions of release. The court date will be January 11, 2021 at 10:00AM in Caledonia Superior Court. Coderre was then deemed to be an incapacitated person and held at the Northern State Correctional Facility in Newport, VT for detoxification purposes.

Carter was ordered released on conditions by the Honorable Court and was flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer to these charges on October 27, 2020 at 12:30pm. This case is under further investigation.

At approximately 2315 hours
on 08/08/2020, St. Johnsbury Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on a van
that failed to stop at the posted intersection of Main Street and Western
Avenue. After investigation the operator of the vehicle [EXPUNGED] of
St. Johnsbury was taken into custody for operating after criminal suspension.
The passenger of the vehicle Jonathan M. Fuller, 33 of St. Johnsbury was
arrested after he was found to have an active warrant from the Essex County
Court. [EXPUNGED] was cited to appear in Caledonia Court on 11/23/2020 at 1000
hours. Fuller was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility for
lack of the $3500.00 Bail.

charge on November 30, 2020 at 1000 hours.

On the above date and time, a vehicle operated by Johnson was stopped on Bay Street after a motor vehicle violation was observed. The operator, Travis Johnson (33) of Lyndonville, VT was subject to a 24 hour curfew with exceptions for employment. An investigation revealed that Johnson made false statements to St. Johnsbury Police Officers about the purpose of his travel, claiming it was for work related purposes exempt from the curfew, when it was not. On August 5, 2020, with the assistance of the Lyndonville Police Department, Johnson was located and cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer these charges on November 9, 2020 at 1000.

On August 7, 2020 after an investigation, Antino J. Pepper (23) was cited for Cruelty to a Child. Pepper was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charge on November 23, 2020 @ 10:00 am.
