A subsequent investigation revealed the operator to be Joshua J. Petitpas, who was operating without a valid license, after having received a previous civil violation within the previous two years for operating without a license in VT.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: During the overnight hours of 11-17-17, items were taken from a holiday display on the lawn of a residence on Concord Avenue.  Reported missing were a lighted reindeer, a snowman, and a Santa Claus.  It was later determined that the reindeer was not missing, but had been placed into a lewd position with another reindeer.


Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person/persons responsible for the thefts.
