On the above date and time, an officer on patrol witnessed a motor vehicle being operated with two different license plates and an expired inspection sticker on Railroad Street near the intersection with Pearl Street. The vehicle was stopped in the Mobil gas station parking lot. Further investigation revealed the juvenile operator had given St. Johnsbury Police officers a false name and was actually criminally suspended. The juvenile operator was found to have consumed alcohol furnished by the passenger, Todd J. Sasso, Homeless of Woodsville, NH. Sasso was also arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sasso was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer that charge on November 23, 2020.

On 07/22/2020 at approximately 8 PM, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a report about two vehicles racing down US Route 5 south passing vehicles on the left and right and weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed. The vehicle were described as a silver PT Cruiser with New Hampshire plates and a blue Subaru with Vermont plates. Sgt. Cleary located the PT Cruiser and executed a motor vehicle stop on the car. Dakota Mcallister was taken into custody after he was found to be operating after criminal suspension. While on scene a blue Subaru pulled in to pick up the operator of the PT Cruiser. Subsequently Cpl. Hartwell arrest the operator of that vehicle Michael Desjadon on suspicion of DUI. Both males are also being charged with Careless and Negligent Operation for the report Route 5 incident.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department noticed that Ms. [EXPUNGED] was on the Maplefields store property despite having received prior notices of trespass from the facility. [EXPUNGED] was arrested and removed from the property. [EXPUNGED] will face the charge in Caledonia Superior Court on October 26, 2020 at 1000.
