Summary of Incident
On 07-27-18 at approximately 2145 hours Sgt Mark Bickford and fellow Officer Chad Grant of the St Johnsbury Police Department responded to Pleasant Street where the accused Clinton Lackey was taken into custody without incident on an active warrant issued out of Washington County Court. Lackey who was cooperative during the entire interaction was transported to the PD for processing on the warrant and once completed was taken to the NERCF where he was lodged on the warrant.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
After an investigation by St. Johnsbury Police, Laurie Kittredge 52, St Johnsbury was cited to appear in Caledonia Superior Court Criminal Division. Kittredge is accused of using an ATM to remove approximately $800.00 in cash from a friends EBT account while she was away receiving medical treatment. All the ATM transactions were made starting minutes after the deposit appeared shortly after midnight in the account. Kittredge is scheduled to appear in Caledonia Court on 08/27/2018 to answer to the charge.

The order contains a stipulation that Kittredge not come within 300 feet of the Plaintiff. Kittredge was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 07/26/18 at 1230 hours.

A subsequent investigation led to Justin Kirby being issued a citation on 07/15/2018 for Petit Larceny.

Buck was located and cited for Trespass, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 08/06/18 at 0830 hours.
