The vehicle was later searched pursuant to the warrant and found to contain (among other seized items), several wax paper baggies – one of which was field tested and found to be presumptively positive for the chemical properties of fentanyl. On February 15, 2021, Crooks was contacted and she subsequently reported to the police station for arrest/citation. Crooks was cited for the above crimes. She was released on a citation for Caledonia Superior Court for April 19, 2021 @ 1000 hours. The investigation is ongoing.
