After further investigation we found the female to be Kasea Hill which had a warrant for her arrest out of Lamoille County. Kasea Hil was then arrested under the active warrant for her arrest and was also charged with the offense of Violation of Conditions of Release.

Jayden VonDoemming was located on Pearl St. and then sprinted across the intersection of Pearl St. and Maple St. nearly getting hit by a vehicle. VonDoemming was then arrested for the offense of Disorderly Conduct.

Summary of Incident:
On April 21, 2019, Ofc. Robert Gerrish attempted to stop a vehicle on Old Center Road for a motor vehicle equipment violation. The vehicle failed to yield and attempted to elude responding police units. The vehicle was later found off the road partially submerged in Stark Brook off Stark District Road. A search warrant was requested and executed, leading to multiple pieces of physical evidence being recovered suggesting who was operating the vehicle. On April 26, 2019, <EXPUNGED> voluntarily reported to the St. Johnsbury Police Department and admitted to Ofc. George Johnson that she was operating the vehicle during the incident. <EXPUNGED> was charged as above and issued several traffic tickets relating to the incident. Ms. Wells was cited into Caledonia Superior Court for an appearance on June 10, 2019.

Record checks revealed Eastman had an active warrant out of Grafton County Superior Court, New Hampshire for Possession of Heroin (which is a Felony punishable by up to 7 years in prison in NH). Mr. Eastman was placed under arrest and processed as a fugitive from justice. Eastman was ordered held without bail by the Honorable Scot Kline and lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

Summary of Incident:
On April 14, 2019, Officers Steve Hartwell and Robert Gerrish were dispatched to a disturbance at the Whiskey Den. Two males were located and taken into protective custody due to their intoxicated state. While at the St. Johnsbury Police Department awaiting screening, both subjects became highly disorderly, screaming and yelling obscenities, striking walls or fixtures in the holding rooms and continuously engaging in tumultuous behavior over a period of an hour. In addition, <EXPUNGED> urinated on the holding room floor. During a disturbance, <EXPUNGED> subsequently took a police radio to broadcast a false report of officers down. Both subjects were cited into Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Division for appearances on June 10, 2019 and transported to the Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility as incapacitated persons.

Upon arrival I met with a male who advised that he had been struck in the head with a glass. The male was treated by CALEX ambulance for a laceration to the top of his head. At approximately 1730 hours, I met with Scott Mason who was charged with aggravated assault in connection with this incident.

Summary of Incident:
On April 04, 2019, Officer Robert Gerrish stopped a Chevrolet Cavalier for motor vehicle violations on Federal Street in St. Johnsbury. As the vehicle pulled into a private driveway, the passenger immediately fled the scene heading on foot towards Route 5. During a search of the area, a cache of property consisting of electronic media, was located hidden along the path from which the subject fled. The driver, Mr. Damion Gage, Age 27, was issued a variety of civil violation complaints and the vehicle was towed. On April 04, 2019, Officer Robert Gerrish stopped a motor vehicle on Main Street near Frost Avenue for a suspected motor vehicle violation. Investigation revealed that the operator, Joshua R. Comeau, was driving while his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was criminally suspended and had violated conditions of release twice both by possessing alcohol and operating a motor vehicle. In addition, Comeau did not have a driver’s license and had been previously convicted civilly of driving without a license in the past 2 years.
