Summary of Incident:
While on patrol conducting Governor’s Highway Safety Program operations, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Ms. Dalice Noyes, was driving on a criminally suspended license, Noyes was arrested, processed and cited into Caledonia Superior Court on January 06, 2020 for the above violations.

Summary of Incident:
While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Mr. Alexander K. Cleverley, was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. As Mr. Cleverley had a prior civil conviction for driving without a license he was arrested, processed and cited into court for License Required. Roy will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on January 6, 2020.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  At 1932 hours, Officers of the St Johnsbury Police were called to perform a welfare check on a female  on Pearl Street.  On their arrival they found Caitlyn Leiviska, 37 of St Johnsbury, in the residence and in violation of a temporary protection order that had been served on her the previous day.  Leiviska was placed in custody and cited to appear on November 18th at 1230 hours to answer the charge.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 11/01/2019, Albert K. Vieira was cited to appear in Caledonia Court. On 10/13/2019 at approximately 0302 hours, Officer Hartwell attempted to stop a silver Saab on Cliff Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury for a defective equipment violation. The Saab did not stop and reached speeds in excess of 60 MPH on Cliff Street which is posted at 30 MPH. On 10/18/2019 a motor vehicle stop was again executed on the Saab on Main Street. The operator/owner of the vehicle advised on the night in question Albert Vieira was operating the vehicle. Subsequently Vieira was cited to appear for the offenses of Criminal DLS, Negligent Operation and Excessive Speed. Vieira was also issued Vermont Civil Violation Complaints for failing to Stop at a posted intersection x3, Operation on approach of an emergency vehicle, operating without a license, safe and imprudent speed for existing road conditions and defective equipment.
