SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  Officer Michael Fuller and I were dispatch to a report of a male who had slashed the tire of an employee’s car at Domino’s Pizza.  This had been witnessed by another employee who had follow the male into 10 Eastern Avenue to apartment 410.  Inside the apartment we located Tim Stanyon.  I asked, Stanyon why he had done it.  Stanyon replied that he had been angry because Domino’s Pizza charges too much for their Hawaiian pizza.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: A business on Railroad Street reported a possible intoxicated operator traveling on Railroad Street.  The caller described the vehicle and provided the plate number.  Police observed the vehicle traveling south on Railroad and saw that the operator was swerving within the lane.  The vehicle parked in front of Jiffy Mart and the operator exited the vehicle, stumbling toward the back of the vehicle.  After investigating, police arrested Christine Harris on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

At the time of officer response, Stephani Larocque was in physical control of the vehicle. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On December 7, 2017 at approximately 00:52 hours, Officer Michael Fuller was on patrol on Portland Street in St. Johnsbury when possible gunshots were heard east of the Concord Avenue intersection. At approximately the same time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department dispatch center received a report from a concerned citizen reporting the same. Officers conducted an exhaustive search of the area with no results.
