SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 04/26/2021, I was dispatched to a report of a disturbance in front of 340 Summer Street. Upon arrival, I did not find anyone causing an issue. I went to the first apartment inside the apartment building, which was where Granger III was known to be staying. When asked where Granger III was, the resident in the building advised he was out, but also advised that Granger III had been living there for quite some time. Granger was arrested for violating his 24-hour curfew in Concord, VT. At 0112 hours, Granger III was pulled over on Summer Street operating a motor vehicle.

On 04/08/2021, I received a call stating that Granger III had been involved in an incident with someone else during a car ride to Price Chopper from Summer Street, in the Town of St Johnsbury. Granger III has a 24-hour curfew to stay in Concord, VT. Granger III was arrest for violating his 24-hour curfew.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Hastings Hill. The vehicle was stopped around the 600 block of Summer Street. The vehicle was found to be operated by Jack Granger in violation of a 24 hour curfew restricting him to an address in Concord, VT as well as while under criminal suspension due to DUI. Granger was found to be in possession of a suspected depressant/stimulant or narcotic substance which was seized. The vehicle was seized pending application for a search warrant. Granger was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charges on August 23, 2021 at 0830 hours. Further updates will be made if needed.

During the investigation the St Johnsbury Police Department also located Tyler Ehmann who was determined to have 3 active arrest warrants, and Ehmann was taken into custody without incident.
