Adam was arrested for suspicion of DUI and brought back to the police department for fingerprints and photographs. Adam Favreau will face arraignment in this matter on July 16, 2023 at 0830 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/22/2023 Ofc Gerrish and I were patrolling on Memorial Dr, while driving through the parking lot of Twin State Ford we observed a vehicle parked behind the dealership with two occupants in it. We stopped to check and make sure they were alright. Ofc Gerrish and I were getting ready to leave when I noticed that the person in the back was not moving and trying to hide their face from us. We once again got out to investigate further. We asked if she was alright and she advised us that she was. Ofc Gerrish asked if she had any form of Identification on her which she told us she did not. Ofc Gerrish then asked her for her name and DOB which she gave us the name Meagan Kelly and a DOB of (05/23/1993). She also stated that she lived in Florida. The name and DOB she gave us did not come back to anyone in Vermont or Florida. While we were waiting with them a third party arrived and identified her as Tyler Ehmann DOB (05/27/1989). We ran her with dispatch to check for any active warrants and she came back with a warrant. She was arrested for her warrant and issued a citation for providing false reports to law enforcement authorities.

Speed had a mark on his head where he was struck.

We made contact with Tristan Garcia moments later, who matched the description. Garcia was intoxicated and there was an odor of alcohol emanating from his person. Garcia has conditions of release not to drink alcohol to the extent it interferes with his well-being or others. Garcia was arrested for Simple Assault and Violation of Conditions of Release.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/09/2023, Ofc Guyer took a report of a stolen TV from Darcy Lapointe. Lapointe advised her neighbors had video footage of the incident. Following further investigation, viewing of video footage, and multiple interviews, it was deemed that Dylan Laramee had stolen the TV from Lapointe's residence.

On 06/12/2023, I made contact with Laramee under the Portland St Bridge. Once Laramee was advised he was under arrest, he tried to run. Laramee was taken to the ground where he continued to resist Ofc Gerrish and myself. After the short scuffle, Laramee was placed under arrest. Laramee was lodged at NECC for the the charges of Burglary, Unlawful Trespass, Petit Larceny x2, and Resisting Arrest, on $2,500 cash or Surety bond. Laramee was also issued Conditions of Release in case he was bailed out before his court date.

On May 13, 2023, at about 0405 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint that a motorist was passed out behind the wheel, at Maplefields parking lot. A responding patrol officer found the individual displayed signs of impairment by a substance other than alcohol. The operator, Brandy Moses, was arrested for suspicion of DUI due to drugs and brought back to the St. Johnsbury Police Department. A Drug Influence Evaluation was obtained and an evidentiary blood draw taken for analysis by the Vermont Forensic Laboratory. Moses was released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court with an arraignment date of September 18, 2023 at 0830 hours.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/01/2023 at approximately 1842 hours, Cpl George Johnson and I were dispatched to a report of an altercation in a vehicle by the Star Theatre. It was reported an off-duty VSP Trooper was on scene trying to de-escalate the situation.

Upon arrival, Officers made contact with a distraught female, but the alleged offender, Joseph Ronan, had fled on foot. Cpl Johnson made contact with Ronan while I spoke with the female and witnesses. It was reported Ronan was the passenger in the vehicle and was seen biting the female on the arm, and twisting her wrist around as she she was trying to stop the vehicle. The off-duty Trooper reported Ronan was almost completely in the driver's seat and was physically overpowering the female. The female corroborated and added Ronan was screaming at her to go home and was removing her hand from the gear shifter as she was attempting to put the vehicle in park. The female advised she was in a great amount of fear for her safety.

Ronan advised he was in a relationship with the female and they have been living together for an extended period of time.

Ronan was arrested for Domestic Assault and Flash Cited for the next business day.

Due to this being a Domestic Assault, the alleged victim's information is protected.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/01/2023 at approximately 0250 hours, Ofc Robert Gerrish and I were dispatched to 1658 Main St for a report of a vehicle blaring the horn. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Dakota McAllister and Christopher Degreenia.

Degreenia was in the passenger seat of the vehicle, with a loaded AR-15, chambered in .556 and equipped with a scope and 30-round magazine, propped up on his knee. When I removed the firearm from the vehicle, I noticed the bolt was closed. I pulled the charging handle back and observed a rifle cartridge in the chamber. Degreenia has a curfew to be in Lyndonville, which he was in violation of. Degreenia was arrested for violating his conditions of release and the loaded long gun in a motor vehicle.

While searching Degreenia incident to arrest, I pulled out a clear round plastic container with a white rock-like substance inside. The firearm and suspected drugs were brought back to the police department with Degreenia. A field test showed the rock-like substance to be consistent with the chemical makeup of Cocaine, and weighed approximately .7 grams. When the magazine was emptied, it was found to hold 8 more rifle cartridges.

A check of Degreenia's criminal record showed he was disqualified from possessing a firearm in the State of Vermont due to prior criminal convictions.

Degreenia was brought to the Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Unit for arriagnment. The Honorable Judge Jiron found probable cause and Degreenia was lodged into the Northeastern Correctional Complex with $200 bail.
