Search Warrant Results

On 02/06/2019 at approximately 0745 hours, The St. Johnsbury Police Department executed a search warrant at 9 Allen Court in the Town of St. Johnsbury. The search yielded 62 bags of suspected heroin, 5 bags of suspected fentanyl, 2 unidentified pills, 2 handguns, ammunition, and numerous items connected to the sale of heroin from the residence.
The owner of the property, Karrie Lowrey 37, of St. Johnsbury was taken into custody at the scene and charged with Possession of Heroin and felony sale of heroin. Lowrey was arraigned in Caledonia Superior Court Criminal Division and released on conditions. Other charges for this incident are forthcoming.

St. Johnsbury Police are looking for information on an accident that occurred in the municipal parking lot behind the police department. The accident occurred sometime during the daylight hours of 02/08/2019 when a vehicle was struck on the driver’s side causing damage.
