A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a motor vehicle violation on Concord Avenue. The operator, Jonathan C. Kittredge, was found to be driving on a license that had been criminally suspended due to a prior DUI and in violation of active court ordered conditions of release not to drive. He also displayed signs of impairment and was screened. Kittredge was subsequently arrested for DUI #2, DLS #2 and Violation of Conditions of Release. Kittredge was released on citation into Caledonia Superior Court for July 12, 2021 at 0830.

The vehicle was stopped on Portland Street near Caledonia Street. The operator, Matthew Curschmann of Concord, VT, was found to be [EXPUNGED] and with a prior civil conviction in the past 2 years. Further investigation also revealed he was in possession of an alcoholic beverage when he was prohibited from having by active court ordered conditions of release. Curschmann was released from the scene on a citation. Curschmann was cited into Caledonia Superior Court on August 23, 2021 at 0830 hours regarding this case.

Further investigation revealed Andrew Hauser of Littleton, NH behind the wheel. He was arrested for Unlawful Trespass. He was also found to be in the company of Mikayla Camber of Holland, VT, who was out in violation of an active court ordered curfew. Hauser was arrested and brought back to the police department where he was later released on citation. Camber was released from the scene on citation. Both were cited into Caledonia Superior Court on August 23, 2021 at 0830 hours.

 On Friday June 18, 2021 I was informed of a curfew Violation by Lucas Hoyt, 26 of Easton NH, and formerly of St Johnsbury. Hoyt has a court imposed curfew at his new residence in Easton NH and he was found walking down the road. Hoyt refused to return home and was also later in violation of the curfew on June 19, 2021. Hoyt appeared at the St Johnsbury Police Department at 0230 hours and following his refusal to return to his court ordered residence, he was lodged pending a new court approved residence. Hoyt will appear in Caledonia Superior Court on Monday, June 21, 2021 to answer the charges.

On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Railroad Street. The vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Railroad and Portland Streets. The operator was Dylan Brink. The passenger identified herself as Cheyanne Steady. Further investigation revealed that Nikki Roy impersonated Cheyanne Steady (at Brink’s behest) in order to deflect the investigation away from the fact that Brink was with Roy in violation of active conditions of release. Brink was located the next day on Bay Street and arrested. Roy reported to the St. Johnsbury Police Department on June 4, 2021 and received a citation. Both were released from the police department on citations to the Caledonia Superior Court on September 20, 2021 at 0830.

An investigation revealed that Phelps had violated said relief from abuse order. On June 2, 2021 at about 2030 hours, Phelps was located on Pleasant Street and he ran through neighborhood yards to avoid police; he hid behind the Caledonia Christian Church School on Southard Avenue wherein he was arrested. Phelps was cited for the above crimes and given a flash citation into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter for June 14, 2021 at 0830.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

A search warrant was granted by the Honorable Court and the vehicle was searched, with the assistance of the Vermont State Police. A bag containing suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine and Buprenorphine was located beneath one of the seats. Farnham and Carey were located, arrested and later released on citations for the above violations. They will answer the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on September 20, 2021 at 0830. SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department officer observed a motor vehicle violation on Hastings Hill. The vehicle was stopped around the 600 block of Summer Street. The vehicle was found to be operated by Jack Granger in violation of a 24 hour curfew restricting him to an address in Concord, VT as well as while under criminal suspension due to DUI. Granger was found to be in possession of a suspected depressant/stimulant or narcotic substance which was seized. The vehicle was seized pending application for a search warrant. Granger was later released on a citation into Caledonia Superior Court to answer the charges on August 23, 2021 at 0830 hours. Further updates will be made if needed.

The car was stopped as it turned on to Cote Court. Hillary Hofman of Wells River, VT, was found to be driving on a license that was under criminal suspension. Hofman was arrested. Hofman was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter for August 2, 2021 at 0830.
