SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a man known to him to have an active curfew walking down the street. Mr. VonDoemming was spoken to and after further investigation, was issued a citation for violation of conditions of release as to curfew and directed to leave the street until the end of his curfew. VonDoemming was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this citation on August 16, 2021 at 0830 hours.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 18, 2021 at 0142 hours, the St. Johnsbury Police Department served Leiviska with an interim relief from abuse order protecting Marie Tournaud from her. An investigation revealed that within an hour, Leiviska posted a photo on Facebook of said relief from abuse order with the caption that stated in part “Guess what I’m gonna burn your house down!” as well as then violated the order in other ways. Leiviska was later located and arrested for the above crimes. Leiviska was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter for June 7, 2021 at 0830.

On 03/30/2021, Officers received a request for a welfare check from Ms. Caitlyn Leiviska on a George Martin of St. Johnsbury, VT. The welfare check was found to be unfounded and it was the 2nd one that day called in by Leiviska on Martin, who has an active relief from abuse order against Leiviska. She was later located and arrested for violation of the RFA order. Leiviska was cited into Caledonia Superior Court regarding this matter for June 7, 2021 at 0830.

On May 19, 2021, Officers pulled over a vehicle for observed equipment violations at the intersection of Central and Summer Streets. A passenger in the vehicle (Bushey) was found to have an active cite & release warrant, which he was cited for and released. Further investigation revealed another passenger, (Camber) was impersonating a person from New York State in order to deflect the investigation. The vehicle was seized pending a warrant application, Bushey and Camber were arrested and brought to the police department. The investigation continues. Further updates will be shared if needed. Bushey was issued a citation for May 21, 2021 at 12:30 on the warrant and August 23, 2021 at 0830 on the new charges. Camber was cited for August 23, 2021 at 0830. All citations were into Caledonia Superior Court.

Reynolds was lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $10,200 bail.

A bag containing suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine and Buprenorphine was located beneath one of the seats. Farnham and Carey were located, arrested and later released on citations for the above violations. They will answer the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on September 20, 2021 at 0830. Investigation revealed he had been living on Summer Street for several months. The Honorable Court ordered Granger lodged at Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility on conditions. Granger will appear in Caledonia Superior Court on May 6, 2021 at 12:30pm.
