Summary of Incident:
While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Mr. James R. Roy, was operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. As Mr. Roy had a prior civil conviction for driving without a license he was arrested, processed and cited into court for License Required. Roy will answer the charge in Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 5, 2019.

While on patrol, Ofc. Robert Gerrish of the St. Johnsbury Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed the operator of that motor vehicle, Mr. Rodney D. Keenan, had a return on mittimus warrant from 2004 for 20 days to serve. Keenan was arrested and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility.

Mr. Tompkins was contacted and arrested as a fugitive from justice on a felony Forgery warrant out of New Hampshire. Tompkins was lodged at Northeast Regional Correctional Facility on $10,000 bail per the Honorable Court.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On June 14 to the 15, 2019 between the hours of 2300 and 0600 hours someone went on to a property on Pleasant Street in St. Johnsbury and took down an American flag that was hanging in the front yard and ripped it in half and laid it in and a X pattern on the front lawn. Investigation revealed Mr. Dylan Laramee was responsible. Laramee was arrested and cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 5, 2019 at 0830 to answer the charges.
