SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 12/25/2020 Officers responded to an address on Costa Avenue for the second noise complaint of the night at that residence. Upon arrival, the music was so loud that it was rattling the windows. After approximately 50 minutes of trying to make contact with Michael Metta inside the residence, officers arrested Metta for Disorderly Conduct - Noise in the Nighttime.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On December 22nd, officers responded to a Main Street address after a report of vandalism.  The complainant advised that a pair of trees, decorated for Hanukah had been vandalized at some point on Monday evening.  The individual(s) smashed several ornaments used in the decoration of the trees during the incident.  The St Johnsbury Police are asking for anyone who may have witnessed individual(s) with a baseball bat on the North end of Main Street on Monday evening, to please contact the St Johnsbury Police Department at 748-2314.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

Whilst at the Fairbanks Inn interviewing a victim for follow-up in regards to another matter, Officers of the St. Johnsbury Police Department learned that [EXPUNGED] had been speaking to a female over the internet and by phone that he was prohibited from contacting due to active court ordered conditions of release. On December 2, 2020, it was learned that [EXPUNGED] was presently incarcerated at the Northeastern Regional Correctional Facility. [EXPUNGED]was located and cited for 2 counts of violations of conditions of release. Hackett was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this case on January 4, 2021 at 1000 hours.
