SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On February 17, 2022 at about 1556 hours, a St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer walked into the Walgreens to do some followup investigation when he was approached by Tristan Garcia (23). Garcia asked to speak to the officer, wherein the officer detected signs of impairment. Further investigation revealed Garcia was on active conditions of release to not possess or consume regulated drugs or alcohol and he displayed signs of usage of both. Garcia was arrested. Garcia was eventually released from the St. Johnsbury Police Department into the custody of a sober adult. Garcia was cited into Caledonia Superior Court with a court date of March 28, 2022 at 0830 hours.

Summary of Incident
On 02-13-2022 at approximately 1300 hours Lt Mark Bickford of the St Johnsbury PD was conducting roving patrol when he observed a male who he knew to be Nicolas Balch walking on Central Street. Lt Bickford had recently learned that Balch had an active warrant for his arrest. Lt Bickford approached Balch near the intersection of Central and Summer Street and subsequently took him into custody without incident. Balch was transported to the PD for processing. Once completed Lt Bickford transported Balch, DOB: 02-16-1980 to the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility where he was lodged on his bail of $5000 dollars. The warrant for Balch was issued on 02-07-22 for an FTA on underlying drug charge(s).

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On 2/6/2022, Officers were dispatched to a report of an intoxicated male stumbling up Eastern Ave. Upon arrival, officers found Tristan Garcia laying in a snow bank and he appeared to be impaired. Garcia admitted to consuming alcohol, which he has conditions of release not to buy, drink or possess alcohol.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 1308 hours officers responded to the White Market on Portland Street in St Johnsbury following a complaint of an individual trespassing. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Adam Hale, 42 of St Johnsbury for violating a notice of no trespass as well as retail theft Hale was cited to appear on march 14, 2022 to answer the charges.

On February 2, 2022 at 1936, a St. Johnsbury Police Department Patrol officer stopped a motor vehicle for an observed violation on Main Street. Further investigation revealed the operator was suspected to be under the influence of a substance. Tobyne was arrested for suspicion of DUI #1 and brought back to the St. Johnsbury Police Department where he was later released on a citation for DUI#1 into Caledonia Superior Court for FEBRUARY 14, 2022 at 0830.

Further investigation revealed the passenger had earlier been inside a 300 foot radius from an address in Lyndon that he was not supposed to go to and that the occupants of the truck had taken garbage from said residence. Shawn Rich was arrested and brought back to the police department where he was later released on conditions of release and a flash citation into Caledonia Criminal Court for January 31, 2022 at 1230pm.
