A search of the apartment building basement revealed Nicolas Balch, who was present without any lawful purpose. Officers also found property on scene which showed [SEALED] had been present and also suggested she had been in violation of her conditions of release and in possession of a depressant, stimulant and/or narcotic substance. Balch was arrested and flash cited into Caledonia Superior Court for a court date of April 1, 2022 at 12:30pm. [SEALED]’s whereabouts are unknown and an arrest warrant has been sought from the Honorable Court.
