Spreadbury was processed and lodged at NECC for lack of the $100 bail she is scheduled to appear in court today at 12:30.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  ON March 13, 2024 officers of the St Johnsbury Police were dispatched to a reported disturbance on Jones Street.  While en-route, updated information revealed one of the parties to be Gabriel Stanzione, 20 of St Johnsbury.  As officers neared the scnee, Stanzione was seen on foot and fled briefly.  Stanzione was located on Oak Street moments later  and taken into custody for his three outstanding warrants for his arrest.  Stanzione was processed and taken to court on his three misdemeanor warrants and was released on conditions.

On 03/08/2024 A warrant had been issued for Shawn Rich as he was failing to show up to jail to serve his time owed which he was supposed to do each weekend.  On 03/10/2024 while on patrol in St. Johnsbury, I observed Rich’s truck parked at his residence on Spring Street.  I subsequently located Rich at his residence and arrested him.  Rich was transported to the Correctional facility to serve the rest of his time per the warrant.

The Residence the card was taken from had a security camera that caught a female and two males walk past and the female picked up the card. The female was identified through previous law enforcement encounters as Jessica Webb of St Johnsbury. After further investigation, on 03/15/2024 Webb was arrested and charged with identity theft and fraudulent use.
