SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 03/10/18 at approximately 2009 hours, Officer Sophie Patenaude and I responded to 48 Eastern Avenue in St. Johnsbury on a report of an altercation that was occurring between Jessica Norrie and her Anthony Speed. Jessica Norrie who was currently out on conditions of release to include a condition of not having any contact with Anthony Speed. Norrie was found to have violated this condition and was subsequently arrested.
