SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 5/1/2018 it was reported a black and green Mongoose bicycle was stolen from outside of a residence on Spring Street in St. Johnsbury. It is believed the bike went missing sometime between the hours of 1800 and 2100 hours on 04/30/2018.
