SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 23rd, 2018 it was reported two males came into the Family Dollar together, and one of the individuals took an employee’s cell phone that had been set down in the store. The phone was later located just off the side of the road on Route 2 east in St. Johnsbury using GPS tracking. A subsequent investigation led to Justin Kirby being issued a citation on 07/15/2018 for Petit Larceny.
