Summary of Incident:
On March 25, 2019, the St. Johnsbury Police Department received a complaint of an intoxicated driver leaving Lyndonville’s McDonalds and traveling towards St. Johnsbury. Subsequent to a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation, investigation revealed that <EXPUNGED> was operating under the influence of alcohol. <EXPUNGED> was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. <EXPUNGED> was cited into Caledonia Superior Court, Criminal Division for initial appearance on April 15, 2019 for DUI #1.
