SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: As a result of
an ongoing investigation into a series of conditions of release violations, the
St Johnsbury Police determined through execution of search warrants that John
Emerson III, 19 of Newbury and Arther Butler 18 of Topsham have committed
numerous violations of their Conditions of Release as well as Obstruction of
Justice. The pair have been cited to appear on February 10, 2020 to
answer these new charges.
