SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
After receiving several calls about activity at 78 Hastings
Hill during the days of April 18th and April 19th, the
St. Johnsbury Police Department cited Mr. George E. Phelps, Jr (37) for the
crimes of Stalking, Criminal Threatening & Disorderly Conduct. Phelps will
face the charges in Caledonia Superior Court on August 10, 2020 @ 0830.
