SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date and time, the St. Johnsbury Police
Department received a complaint about a suspicious person in the Maplefields
store earlier that evening. Surveillance footage and witnesses identified the
man as Mr. Kevin Greene (29), who was present in the store in violation of a 24
hour curfew. When Mr. Greene was in custody on a separate issue on July 3rd,
he was flash cited into Caledonia Superior court to answer this charge on July
6, 2020 @ 12:30pm.
