SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On the above date & time, the St. Johnsbury Police Department responded to 438 Railroad Street after receiving a report of a falsely pulled fire alarm and a disturbance in one of the apartments. An apartment was searched after evidence of drug activity was observed. Joshua C. Benjamin of St. Albans was arrested for violation of conditions of release and false reports to law enforcement. He was released from the police department on a citation for the same into Caledonia Superior Court with a date of August 2, 2021 at 1000 hours. This incident will be under further investigation.
