SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
A St. Johnsbury Police Department patrol officer noticed a vehicle equipment violation on Portland Street. The vehicle was stopped on winter street. The operator, Taylor May, was found to be operating without a license and with a prior civil conviction for the same. He was cited into Caledonia Superior Court to answer this charge on September 13, 2021 at 0830.
