SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 08/26/2021, St. Johnsbury Police Responded to the Family Dollar Store located at 716 Railroad Street in the Town of St. Johnsbury for report of a female being loud and disorderly in the store and refusing to leave. Upon arrival, the female had left the property. The female was later identified as [EXPUNGED], it is alleged [EXPUNGED] came back into the store twice after being asked to leave the property and in one of the trips took a pack of gum and left without paying the retail value of said item. She was located later in the evening and cited to appear in Caledonia Court to answer to the charges of Disorderly Conduct, Retail Theft, and Unlawful Trespass.
