SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/01/23 at approximately 2113 hours, Officers patrolling near the Mount Pleasant Cemetery encountered a vehicle parked in the driveway of the cemetery. Out of the four occupants, one was Robert Spears (DOB: 08/21/1978) who was confirmed to have three active arrest warrants. Spears was arrested on the warrants and transported to Northeast Correctional Center.
