Lieutenant Mark Bickford conducted a traffic stop on Maple Street, after identifying the driver Dispatch advised Laplant had an extraditable warrant out of New Hampshire. Laplant was taken to the Police Department where he was processed and lodged at NERCF. Laplant will face arraignment in this matter on April 4,, 2023 at 1230 hours in Caledonia Superior Court.
