SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: At 0919 hours
Sgt Lester Cleary stopped a vehicle for an expired Vermont State
Inspection. During the course of the stop, it was determined that the
operator, Raul A. Garcia, 27 of St Johnsbury, was currently criminally
suspended in the State of Vermont. Garcia was taken into custody and released
with a citation to appear on March 19, 2018 to answer the charge.
