SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/24/18, at approximately 0238 hours, officers responded to Federal Street for a report of a male and female attempting to open parked vehicle doors. After a search of the area, officers made contact with the male and a female identified as Sarah Cowdrey. A subsequent investigation determined that Cowdrey was in violation of a court ordered curfew condition. Cowdrey was cited, and is scheduled to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Caledonia Criminal Division on 10/01/18 at 0830 hours.
